SWF Files

SWF files are Flash files which end users see. Whenever you see a Flash file on a web page, you are looking at an SWF file.

Technically speaking, an SWF file is a compressed version of the FLA file which is optimized for viewing in a web browser, the standalone Flash Player, or any other program which supports Flash.
