Panasonic MS4 Camcorder

This camera records on both VHS and S-VHS tapes. In the early/mid 1990's, this was a popular camera for amateur enthusiasts and professionals with limited budgets. It offered an effective compromise between cost and performance, simulating many of the features of professional cameras. Technically, it met the minimum requirements for television broadcast of the time—but only just.
